ABOUT US - OUR DIRECTORS
  • The Company Owners / Directors, Clare Cauchi and Dianne Job have a combined industry experience in excess of forty years.

  • Since 1986, Clare Cauchi has gained comprehensive experience in the establishment and administration of bodies corporate under various forms of legislation including:

  • - Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997
- Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 - Integrated Resort Development Act 1987 - Sanctuary Cove Resort Act 1985 Clare Cauchi has been engaged in business management, accounting and for over twenty five years, the body corporate management industry.  During this time Clare was involved in the establishment and administration of many large developments including Sanctuary Cove Resort, Laguna Quays and Kingfisher Bay Integrated Resorts.  For over twelve years Clare was the original Owner/ Director of a successful local body corporate company with a portfolio of schemes administered under the Commercial, Standard and Accommodation Modules, ranging in size from small blocks to schemes of over 250 lots.   Dianne Job, an accountant has been involved in the Body Corporate Industry for over twenty years and in addition has wide experience in diverse areas of business including Real Estate in Brisbane and Noosa as an accountant, building manager/caretaker and lecturing for a company training resident unit managers in the holiday accommodation sector, Insurance, Resident Unit Management in student accommodation, Trust Accounting for the largest rentroll in Australia and in logistics in Australia and overseas in Macedonia and Switzerland. Prior to these roles Dianne was involved in a family company operating in the building, signage and lagging industry.
